Lizzie is a natural colored Romney/Rambouillet ewe with a lovely grey/brown fleece. She is named after a dear family friend. At birth Lizzie was found alone, dirty, and crying in the corner of the corral. She was rapidly reunited with her mother Jacklyn who was terrified and did not want to nurse her. So she was taught to nurse while her mother was held. Luckily Jacklyn did eventually accept her but she was Scott's pet lamb from all the nursing help. Lizzie is now our biggest ewe and has grown to be much more shy than our bold baby girl.
